CD REVIEW: Disentomb (Brisbane, Australia) - "Misery", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

DISENTOMB (Brisbane, Austraia) - Misery (New Standard Elite)

After several f***ing years of waiting with a lot of pressure after an extraordinary debut album, Disentomb are back with their long awaited second release "Misery"! Disentomb is Jordan James (Vocals), Jake Wilkes (Guitars), Jim Parker (Bass), Henri Sison (Drums) and the quartet are performing a Brutal Death F***ing Metal of high standard and offers a CD of 10 f***ing songs including an intro and a Doom Death Metal song! The sound of "Misery" is still very f***ing good maybe much less at the drums in my opinion but still damn interesting, also very good mixing with a production of high f***ing quality but I think is a downside because this f***ing shit sounds too shiny with no brutality "feelings", dirty side and sick shitty f***ing soul! Jordan on vocals is f***ing good with a powerful guttural but it sounds a bit fade and getting very boring after a while, Jake Wilkes is f***ing amazing on guitars with a bunch of catchy, great and sick f***ing riffs but we can also find many weak, also a wonderful f***ing job of Jim with the bass delivering a very great performance, and finally Henri on drums which is f***ing outstanding with a brutal, diverse and perfect f***ing drumming! "Misery" is a 32-minutes hearing f***ing destruction with several great f***ing songs despite some riffs a bit less, some songs are boring and containing some weak f***ing parts but in general this album is a real piece of musical brutality! Great songs like "The Promethean Altar" and "Pyres Built from their Severed Wings", but we also find some annoying like "Vultures Descend" and "Megaliths of Despair" and also adding the fact that the great song "Forced Adornment of the Funerary Crown" from the Promo 2012 has been totally wasted on the album with backing vocals completely f***ing weak! Despite all downsides, Disentomb still managed to offer us a magnificent f***ing disk that is probably much inferior to "Sunken Chamber of Nephilim" in terms of brutality and enjoyment but still remaining interesting and f***ing excellent! "Misery" is recommended to all extreme metal fans! Excellent F***ing Shit! 8/10. [This review was first published by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind written permission.]

Jack Frost comment: Disentomb is more brutal than a Brisbane Bronco, more dangerous than a Brisbane Bullet, uglier than Sir Joh Bjelke-Petersen, and more powerful than a Greyhound bus coming full-speed down the off-ramp at Roma Street Station!

CD REVIEW: Veiyadra (Japan) - "Gehenna", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Veiyadra - Gehenna (Bloodcurdling Enterprise)

Brutal Death F***ing Metal at its highest f***ing level mixing technical, slam and adding a progressive touch by including all brutal genre is how we can describe this ingenious f***ing band baptized in the unholy shit Veiyadra! The band consists of Akihiro Muto on Vocals, Go Shimada on Guitars, Reichi Tanaka on Bass, Koju Okayasu on Drums and the f***
ing sick Japanese quartet give us an impressive and totally f***ing amazing debut album "Gehenna" which will take you down to the damned depths of hell enduring the suffering of this shitty abomination and you will never forget this moment for a period of 50 f***ing minutes that will remains engraved in the torturing f***ing history of Brutal Death Metal! The production of this golden f***ing shit is just f***ing perfection, flawless mixing, a totally f***ing disgusting sound with instruments sounding in a brutal f***ing way, f***ing enjoyable sound of drums, a very present bass, a f***ing great guitar tone are adding a f***ing quality to this demonic f***ing achievement! "Gehenna" is a pure f***ing piece of brutality defecated by the devil himself and divided into 12 f***ing acts of perverse suffering (one instrumental intro) giving us an unforgettable f***ing time of sickness with the brilliant compositions, diversity and exploring the musical styles of the brutality but staying f***ing true and pure to the f***ing roots of Brutal Death Metal! Akihiro with his guttural is completely f***ing awesome, diverse and very f***ing brutal making us damn addicted, the riffs of Go are just f***ing great, catchy, sick as f*** with a flawless composition, Reichi on bass is f***ing amazing with many great f***ing parts helped by the production making his work f***ing huge and finally Koju with a perfect drumming, f***ing creative but remaining in the brutal line of insanity! Veiyadra prove their ingenuity in the shitty genre and that its still possible to make f***ing pure Brutal Death Metal while being original and sounding like a f***ing bomb of disgusting f***ing shit without having a weak shiny f***ing production! Every moment of "Gehenna" are fucking vital, important and are a symbiosis between them delivering a diabolical horrifying fucking atmosphere! A perfect f***ing release at all shitty levels and so f***ing good that it seems to last 20 f***ing minutes instead 50, a real f***ing must and necessary shit to all brutal fans! One of the Best Brutal F***ing Shit Out from Japan! 10/10. [This review was first published by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind written permission.]

CD REVIEW: Internal Devour (Australia) - "Aborted and Slaughtered", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Internal Devour (Brisbane, Australia) - Aborted and Slaughtered (Morbid Generation)

Internal Devour come to offer us their debut f***ing album entitled " Aborted and Slaughtered" and the crazy Australians are performing a Slamming Brutal Death F***ing Metal totally f***ing disgusting and brutal completely following the tradition of f***ing slam and doing it in a great f***ing way! This f***ing piece of shit called "Aborted and Slaughtered" is Matt Turkington on Vocals, Brodie Nagel on Bass, Kyle Van Der Ryken on Guitars and the trio are doing a f***ing amazing job on almost every shitty level, the vocals are guttural as f*** with a few screams, riffs of guitars/bass are mostly f***ing excellent with a good job on drums! The production of this damn release is still very well done, good mixing, sounding like a f***ing piece of shit totally f***ing crushing, heavy guitar riffs, drums sounds fake but still f***ing good knowing it's live session worked in studio by Zeke Ferrington and the band! Obviously, Internal Devour are not reinventing the Slamming Brutal Death Metal with this f***ing sick shit but manages to give a very enjoyable first release with a f***ing good slam variety in the riffs/vocals and musically pretty damn brutal! "Aborted Slaughtered" has 8 songs (1 instrumental, 1 demo version) and all excellent but also contains some negatives points, some riffs are totally boring and f***ing weak that I think some blasting riffs instead would have solved the problem pretty well and would have given this f***ing disk a brutal perfection at all f***ing levels and also as mentioned early, the drums sound a bit fake and missing of shitty power! Internal Devour are performing 25 f***king minutes of brutal f***ing slam almost perfect in the shitty genre and is a f***ing must for every slam fan and required to be heard by others! Nothing Original But F***ing Great Slamming Brutal Shit! 9/10. [This review was first published by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind written permission]

CD REVIEW: Epicardiectomy (Czech Republic) - Putreseminal Morphodysplastic Virulency, by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Epicardiectomy (Prague, Czech Republic) - Putreseminal Morphodysplastic Virulency (Coyote Records)

Epicardiectomy are back from the shitty bowels of the Czech Republic to make our ears f***ing bleed with their second full length album entitled "Putreseminal Morphodysplastic Virulency"! Always true to their f***ing roots, Epicardiectomy continue to perform a Slamming Brutal Death f***ing Metal in their own style and are offering an album of 8 songs and lasting about 31 fucking minutes! Since its creation 7 f***ing years ago, the band kept the same line-up and consists of Tom Vysoky on Vocals, Serge Gordeev on Guitars/Bass, Milan Moskon on Drums and the trio as their habits are playing a f***ing disgusting slamming ready to make shake the f***ing earth! Tom is doing a good f***ing job with vocals, f***ing guttural but lacking a much variation and it may end up being f***ing boring, Serge on guitars/bass is also f***ing good delivering many good riffs but totally lacking punch and several totally boring and same goes for Milan who is doing a f***ing good drumming without being dazzling! The production of this f***ing shit is still very good, great mixing except at the drums, a very heavy f***ing sound but may seem rather bland with a drums sounding to me completely f***ing awful! "Putreseminal Morphodysplastic Virulency" is still not bad but missing the good slam catchy f***ing riffs and after a few listens, it's really hard to bear and, the best songs are the both from their promo 2013 and I must say there is nothing interesting except that! A CD filled with repetitive and endless riffs with no originality with a total lack of brutality making sound this disk very f***ing weak! Epicardiectomy still delivers a passable release but I would to recommend only to big fans of slam coz for the others it have many others brutal shits to get before! Not Bad Slamming Shit! 5/10. CD REVIEW: Inhaling the Stench of Mustard Gas (Aust) - "Nailed to the Floor and Beaten to Death!", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Inhaling the Stench of Mustard Gas - Nailed to the Floor and Beaten to Death! (Self-Released)

From Australia, Inhaling the Stench of Mustard Gas is now totally a one man band for the second f***king opus and EP of 6 songs, including a cover of Blood Duster, entitled "Nailed to the Floor and Beaten to Death"! Remaining in the same shitty f***ing vein as their debut album, Inhaling the Stench of Mustard Gas is performing a Brutal Death F***ing Metal with very marked Grindcore influences and a Goregrind f***ing atmosphere! Blaster Hansen is the damaged f***ing brain behind this band and is doing everything, Vocals, Bass, Guitars, Drums (real) and we can say he has done a very good f***ing job by giving us an enjoying f***ing piece of shit, very primitive but still nicely damn effective! The vocals are f***ing well done, nothing special but has the faculty to not bore us with a f***ing good power and guttural, the guitar riffs and bass are generally f***ing excellent and for the most part being very basic but doing the f***ing job like it need to be, same goes on drums with still a wide variety of tempos and without forgetting Damon Good who is also doing a good job on the guitar and bass for the cover of Blood Fucking Duster! The production is f***ing great, perfect mixing, a sound which is very f***ing well done, lacking much power and a shitty f***ing side but "Nailed to the Floor and Beaten to Death!" is a "do it yourself" EP and knowing it, we can say this f***ing shit is f***ing wisely made at the production! The f***ing downside of this EP is not really having a "punch" and with some annoying riffs, but always followed by a most enjoyable riff and also, a Doom song I found personally a little bit boring but still f***ing interesting! Inhaling the Stench of Mustard Gas delivers nothing new with this EP but still managed to give us an enjoyable f***ing raw shit and is therefore recommended to all addicts of Brutal Death Shitty F***ing Metal! F***ing Good Piece of F***ing Shit! 7/10. [This review was written by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind written permission.]

CD/ CONCERT REVIEW: Whoretopsy EP CD Launch, Saturday, 19th July 2014 @ the Bendigo Hotel, Melbourne, Australia, by Michael Mifsud

Whoretopsy EP CD Launch Review, Saturday, 19th July @ the Bendigo Hotel, Melbourne, Australia
Whoretopsy is a brutal death-metal band from Melbourne, Australia, they first started in January 2011. This band has performed at Hammersonic Festival in Jakarta, toured around Australia, and shared the stage with metal legends such as Cannibal Corpse, Obituary, Dying Fetus and Kataklysm.
This 5-piece band consists of.
Storma – Vox
Poey- Guitar1
Lachy- Bass
Chrisso- Drums
Brent – Guitar2
Their new EP called While You Were Sleeping is their third official release. Their first album, They Did Unspeakable Things, was released in 2012. This was followed by an EP, Isn't She Lovely, which was released later in the same year.
Their new album consists of five songs:
1. Fiddler In The Roof
2. While You Were Sleeping
3. Bashed and F***ed
4. Nature’s Pocket
5. The Terrible Thirty Two’s
These 5 songs and 15.01 minutes of brutality metal makes your windows explode when turning up the volume. The lyrics are of a sexual nature, but the beat of the drums and guitars are awesome to listen to. I will give this album 8/10 but listening to them live 10/10.

CD REVIEW - Digging Up (Bandung) - "Disseminated Inapparent Infection", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Digging Up IDDM -Disseminated Inapparent Infection (Disembowel Records)

From the kingdom of Metal Indonesia, Digging Up are finally ready to f***ing drop their highly anticipated f***ing bomb " Disseminated Inapparent Infection"! 36 minutes, 9 f***ing songs (1 instrumental and 1 Jasad cover), this puddle of fucking puke is all about the real Brutal Death F***ing Metal played in a sick and extreme f***ing way that I think can be a mixture of the old Indonesian Brutal Death with influences of American bands like Gorgasm, Disgorge, Condemned...! Digging Up is Andry Gila (Vocals), Sebastian Dedra (Guitars), Wedra Ramsey (Bass), Arief Rahadian (Drums) and the four sickos are doing an awesome f***ing job with this f***ing piece of sickness of a constant and excellent brutality! The production of this pure f***ing sick shit is f***ing good, also the mixing despite some lack at the drums, a very heavy and powerful f***ing sound that stabs our f***ing ears with a bunch of f***ing shit! "Disseminated Inapparent Infection" is filled with almost only f****ing great riffs, some perhaps a little less enjoyable but I think this f***ing shit is still a total success, f***ing sick vocals completely brutal as f*** that can seem sometimes redundant but never bother us and drums f***ing successful, fast and f***ing sick as f***! Digging Up just show us that the f***ing wait has been worth it fully with an outstanding f***ing album which I think is already f***ing cult for Indonesia and the rest of the shitty world and despite its flaws, this f***ing insane release is almost f***king perfect at all brutal levels! "Disseminated Inapparent Infection" is without f***ing doubt a f***ing must for all f***ing brutal sickos worldwide! Amazing Brutal F***ing Shit! 9/10. CD REVIEWS: Repugnance (Malta) - "Seeds of Oppression", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Repugnance - Seeds of Oppression (Anopsys Records)

Repugnance was born in 2012 and is one of the few Death Metal fu***ng bands to emerge from Malta and true to form, delivering a f***ing band of quality with their first Death Metal f***ing act baptized by fire under the damned name of "Seeds of Oppression"! Repugnance is Roderick Mifsud (Vocals), George Gauci (Guitars), Ayrton Muscat (Bass), Konrad Saliba (Drums) and the four sickos are performing a fierce and f***ing violent Death Metal in a brutal uncompromising f***ing quality! Roderick is delivering a great f***ing performance with his f***ing powerful Death Metal vocals including his guttural moments, George on guitars is f***ing awesome, with almost only f***ing great, aggressive and totally f***ing killer riffs creating an evil shitty f***ing atmosphere, same f***ing shit with Ayrton on bass with a lot of outstanding and high level f***ing parts and finally, Konrad on drums is just f***ing perfect with his fast and slower tempos adding to the high f***ing quality of Death Metal Repugnance is delivering! The production of this EP is f***ing excellent, the sound is very good and also the mixing although the bass could have been more forward, it not removing the fact that this f***ing CD sounds like a f****ing ton of religious nutters boiled in a f***ing pot somewhere in Malta! "Seeds of Oppression" with its 5 songs is insanely f***ing enjoyable and shows that its still possible to perform a total powerful Death F***ing Metal with its roots in the Old School and Brutal Death Metal and making an exceptional f***ing release, the only downside to this f***ing shit is having a few rare riffs a bit repetitive and making a couple minutes out of 22 a little bit more boring but still f***ing positive on the devilish atmosphere created! This f***ing shit is recommended to all fans of Death Metal or Brutal Death Metal because of the musical quality that Repugnance is showing to the underground f***ing scene of sickness! F***ing Awesome Blasphemous F***ing Shit! 9/10. [This review was first published by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind permission.]

CD REVIEW: Euphegenia (Las Vegas, USA) - "Telexistent Depravity", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Euphegenia - Telexistent Depravity (New Standard Elite)

Euphegenia have emerged from two other bands in Las Vegas to offer us this outstanding f***ing virulent hearing virus called "Telexistent Depravity"! Euphegenia is Jeremiah Blue Jensen (Guttural Secrete) on Vocals, Randall James Thompson (Guttural Secrete) on Guitars/Bass, Richard Anthony Nunez (Cerebral Incubation) on Drums and the trio are performing an Experimental Brutal Death F***ing Metal with a progressive aspect and a small technical side making "Telexistent Depravity" a f***ing piece totally unique with an inspired f***ing songwriting! This band can still be compared with f***ing bands like Wormed, Dripping including a f***ing raw side as Guttural Secrete with even a small influence from old Origin at some points and all this f***ing mix gives us Euphegenia and the beauty of this shitty f***ing disk is to not doing the mistake like most of bands trying to explore a more experimental side and totally losing the shitty brutality at the same time, Euphegenia is all about a Brutal Death Metal in a very damn innovative, effective and f***ing sick way! The production of this total f***ing shit is generally very f***ing good, mixing well done but maybe is missing at the bass level that is not really there maybe had to the large presence of vocals in the mixing, but despite it, the sound of this release is totally f***ing killer and it sounds really like a tons f***ing virtual f***ing bricks! 4 songs and 18 f***ing minutes of pure f***ing brutality, this EP is f***ing enjoyable from A to Z with its catchy riffs in large numbers completely f***ing awesome and original, some of the best vocals ever recorded and a perfect performance on drums! The only downside of this album is to have a few rare riffs a little less enjoyable and a little bit weak but in general, the diversity and quality of this f***ing shit make us quickly forget the negative! "Telexistent Depravity" is an unique crazy f***ing piece of Brutal Death Metal that managed to be f***ing innovative and experimental without losing their f***ing balls, this is a f***ing must for all shitty f***ing sickos! Creative F***ing Piece of Wonderful Shitty Brutality! 9/10. [This review was first published by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind permission.]

CD REVIEW: Intricated (Bangkok, Thailand) - "Swallowed the Undead Parasites", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Intricated (Thailand) - Swallowed the Undead Parasites (Self-Released)

From Bangkok (Thailand), Intricated are back with a new promo f***ing faithful to their great f***ing brutality entitled "
Swallowed the Undead Parasites"! This 2 songs promo of about 9 minutes is all about Brutal Death F***ing Metal well mixing the faster and slower parts with a personal technical f***ing touch created in a complete sick
f***ing way! Panyawat on vocals is just f***ing awesome making us addicted to his f***ing great shitty guttural vox, Jeeraset on guitars with his sick f***ing riffs is doing an amazing f***ing job by multiplying the catchy riffs and making the 2 songs f***ing enjoyable, Wasumit also having his moments of glory at the bass with many f***ing excellent parts and the production helping him to show his brutal f***ing skills and finally, Pratchya on drums is very diverse and totally f***ing brutal and exceptional in all conceivable f***ing aspects! The production of this promo is not perfect but still f***ing good with an excellent mixing and a f***ing killer sound perhaps lacking a bit of power and punch, but is still a f***ing success! Intricated has launched a piece of f***ing shit of an amazing f***ing quality with a variety of musical highlights and you can also find in the nine f***ing brutal minutes some parts a little bit more boring but f***ing quickly forgotten! "Swallowed the Undead Parasites" is a f***ing great CD greatly recommended for all real f***ing sick in the dick f***ers and with this f***ing piece of sickness, Intricated show us again their important place into the Brutal Death Metal f***ing scene! Excellent F***ing Shit! 8/10 [This review was first published by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind permission.]

CD REVIEW: Cerebral Effusion (Ermua, Spain) - "Idolatry of the Unethical", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Cerebral Effusion - Idolatry of the Unethical (New Standard Elite)

The Ancient Gods of Spain united under the name of Cerebral Effusion are back to give us their fourth full f***ing devastation of the world with this f***ing macabre march entitled "
Idolatry of the Unethical"! The Cerebral Effusion entity still perform their pure Brutal Death F***ing Metal with their personal touch that make them so
f***ing unique and, they continue on this path with the same will to remain completely f***ing faithful to their f***ing roots and deserves a f***ing great respect after all these shitty brutal years! The four sick f***ing corpses consisting of this horrifying diabolic f***ing piece of shit are Cosme (Bass/Vocals), Penas (Guitar/Backing Vocals), Jabo (Guitar), Eihar (Drums) and they are doing a perfect f***ing work sharing the shitty f***ing plague with their pestilential seal of 7 acts making the end of the f***ing world lasting exactly 33 gory f***ing minutes! The production of this f***ing shit is totally f***ing killer in all shitty aspects of the brutality adding that its very f***ing faithful to their own atmosphere and maybe a little more than their previous destructive f***ing blasterpiece! A mixing f***ing successful, a f***ing epic heavy sound which has always made them so damn unqiue, "Idolatry of the Unethical" really sound like a f***ing ton of f***ing bricks straight in your f***ing face with a perfect f***ing sound for all instruments and especially the drums which sounds totally f***ing insane! Cosme still have a f***ing great guttural shitty vocals, always with his own f***ing style which never make us bored adding the great backing vocals of Pe and, without forgetting an amazing f***ing job on bass with some great f***ing parts! Penas & Jabo are doing a great f***ing job on guitars with a f***ing flawless composition totally f***ing outstanding with a lot of catchy parts and a diversified f***ing job at the brutal creation level! Eihar with his drums is f***ing wonderful, a total f***ing demonstration of talent and tightness at every f***ing seconds also f***ing diversified as f*** in his blasts and slow parts which make it a f***ing awesome and addicting drumming! "Idolatry of the Unethical" is perfect at all f***ing levels and show us that Cerebral Effusion have their name engraved eternally on the f***ing wall of sickness since already a long f***ing time! This is a f***ing must for every f***ing brutal fans worldwide! Blasterpiece of Shit! 10/10. CD REVIEW: Cannabies Grind (Bandung) - "Green and Noxious" EP, by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Cannabies Grind - Green and Noxious (Brutal Mind)
From Indonesia, after to have smoked a whole f***ing weed fields, Cannabies comes with their first EP entitled " Green and Noxious"! Andriansyah (Vocals), Reza (Guitars), Ega (Bass) and Indra (Drums) are the quartet of this hydro f***ing band performing a Brutal Death F**ing Metal influenced by many facets of Death Metal! "Green and Noxious", with 4 songs and 16 minutes of shitty f***ing brutality, contains all the elements required to make a f***ing great record of Death Metal, only f***ing awesome riffs of high quality and many parts totally damn memorable, drums also f***ing excellent at all levels, mixing pretty well tempos and f***ing flawless drumming, and finally, the vocals are very good and f***ing aggressive, may perhaps miss a few guttural and may get bored after a while, but nothing catastrophic and still quite f***ing enjoyable! Another positive point is this album in terms of production is still f***ing killer, it sounds like a few f***ing tons of weed consumed in a f***ing bowl for 16 f***ing minutes and it gives a f***ng raw and brutal result adding a f***ing successful mixing! Cannabies have just entered the history of Death Metal with their incredible start and "Green and Noxious" is a f***ing awesome album musically, undoubtedly a f***ing must for all fans of Death Metal without exceptions! F***ing Great Shitty F***ing Blunt Shit! 9/10. [This review was first published by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind permission.]
